Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about your BRAGADO order. If your piece isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

14-Day Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Start a Return

Email info@bragado.shop with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you the return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

Customers cover return shipping for sizing or preference changes.

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, email info@bragado.shop with your order number and photos. We’ll cover any necessary return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and email you an update. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your preferred piece or size is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit.

Refunds reflect the amount paid after discounts. For bundle returns, the refund reflects the returned item’s discounted share of the bundle price.
