Shipping policy
We process and ship all orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Shipping Times (U.S.):
• Standard: 1–3 business days after processing
International Orders:
Shipping times vary by location. Customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Addresses:
Please double-check your shipping address before checking out. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact the shipping carrier directly if this occurs.
Order Changes:
We cannot modify orders after they’ve been placed, so please review your details carefully before checkout.
